Friendly letter to Porto Rico President

Dear Porto Rico's President,

I'm somewhere in the ocean but I visited your country and I loved it. The best part are the waterfalls and old San Juan. The waterfalls are cold and fun but San Juan is historical and has a great fort. 

The people are so kind and gentil so I started to call your country the Smile Country.

Have you ever heard about ITACARÉ ? This is our boat and you are welcome to visite us always when you want.
